Clare brings her skills and experience in molecular biology applications and knowledge management to her role as Manager of Technology Transfer and Communication for Triticarte.

• BSc (Hons) ; 15 years research experience in biomedical and agricultural applications of biochemistry/ molecular biology /bioinformatics-literate, to Senior Research Scientist at Biotech Australia 1993-1997.
• Master of Business and Technology (complete 2008): management of technological change and innovation, strategic analysis, organisational development and sustainability, stakeholder management, knowledge management/IT, human resource development, new product development, marketing, business law, accounting and business economics.
• Wheat CRC Senior Manager (Technology Transfer/ Education) 10 years; broad knowledge of wheat industry science and issues; broad network of contacts; experienced in research coordination. Contributed to development of 2 postgraduate courses (Cereal Science; and Management of Research, Adoption and Commercialisation) and numerous short courses and publications spanning breeding, pre-breeding, farming systems, supply chain and processing.
• Member of Triticarte Management Group, contributor to strategic reviews audits of the company's market positioning, organisational development and sustainability.
• Coordinator of  GRDC's CIMMYT suite of projects since January 2006; proactive in developing web-delivered data management appropriate to current breeder practice; and flagging emerging issues in the business environment.
• Contributed to ACIP review of PBR enforcement and Pre-Breeding Alliance informatics panel report.
