Applying Diversity Arrays Technology (DArT^®)

Triticarte^® uses genomic representations of wheat and barley that cover the genetic diversity of each species. The polymorphic DArT^® markers scored can be used to establish genetic relationships among individuals of a species, or a group of related species. DArT^® accurately detects genetic relationships, and measures the level of genetic heterogeneity within cultivars.

Triticarte^® provides a cost-effective “DNA to data” service for genetic analysis, delivering a comprehensive genome profile of thousands of DArT^® markers per 50ng sample of DNA.
