Polymorphism Detection

Genotypes for each DArT^® marker are scored using hybridisation with the genotyping array. The outcome is the genotype of the sample: a list of array features (spots) hybridising to the sample. The genotype is a table showing presence (1) or absence (0) for each marker. Any standard genetic analysis software can then be used to analyse the data.
