Ordering a service

To order a Triticarte service, you will use an online ordering system and go through the following steps:

1. Register to become a registered user or login if you are already registered.
2. Select the product you want to order and create a template for your sample tracking file.
3. Fill the required information in the sample tracking file and upload the completed file.
4. If the sample tracking file is suitable, a service specification will be produced by the system and emailed to you. Print sign and return the service specification at your convenience.
5. Do not forget to log off when you are finished with your order.
6. Send your DNA samples following precisely our packing and shipping instructions.
