Durum DArT^®

Triticarte’s durum wheat service is based on a survey of about 7,600 clones from a PstI(TaqI) genomic representation of durum wheat. Markers identified in this representation were combined with markers identified in the hexaploid wheat representation to create the version 2.0 Durum wheat PstI(TaqI) service, with about 2,000 markers.
